Due to substantial regulatory changes in the UK Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and Health & Care Worker visa programs, we have made the difficult decision to permanently discontinue all platform operations.
Why We Made This Decision
When we launched COS Recruiter, our mission was to help displaced and switching healthcare professionals in the UK connect quickly with verified, compliant sponsors. However, heightened regulatory constraints, evolving Home Office sponsorship quotas, and shifting compliance mandates have fundamentally impacted the feasibility of this placement model. As the window to deliver meaningful sponsor matching has closed, we have decommissioned the service.
UK GDPR & Sensitive Data Destruction Commitment
Protecting your privacy has always been our highest priority. In compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Article 5(1)(e) Storage Limitation), we are permanently purging all stored data.
All uploaded resumes, DBS check certificates, NMC proof, vaccination records, and identification documents are permanently deleted from our secure cloud storage.
All candidate accounts, contact numbers, physical addresses, login credentials, and employment preferences have been wiped from our databases.
All employer verification files, license details, and job listings have been completely purged from our systems.
No user data or resumes have been sold, transferred, or disclosed to external recruiters or commercial third parties.
